Reclamations

Upon accepting the parcel in the Local Post, the USER must open its contents in the presence of the courier or employee, in order to assure the condition in it was delivered. In case the product received is not in the ideal condition in which it was advertised (i.e. contains unwanted spots or signs of wearing), the courier has to write a protocol in the presence of the USER, which would guarantee the resending of the order. In order to accept the return or exchange of the product, the USER has to return it in its original condition, along with any brand labels, without any signs of wear.

In case the above conditions are not met the request would not be valued! Returns and exchanges are accepted only upon the above conditions are met!

Returns and exchanges

In case the USER does not feel satisfied with the purchase, the product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the date of the purchase. Before returning a product, the USER has to contact Wolf Pride to provide more information regarding the reason for the exchange. Any returns or exchange requests received without prior notice would not be accepted.

In case of a return or exchange any delivery charges are to be paid by the USER !

Any products manufactured by custom measures, provided by the USER can not be returned or exchanged! The above also applies to all Wolf Pride of any product ! Any products discounted 40% or below the regular price can not be returned or exchanged!

Accepting a return

The model, which the USER wants to return or exchange has to be in its original packaging, and in the same way and condition as it was received, including any original labels, it must not have been used, be dirty or cleaned with any laundry detergent, as well as must not be accompanied by any unpleasant smell. In case the above conditions are not valued, LEMOND MG reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of the product!

The delivery charges for the reclaimed product, return or exchange are to be paid by the USER.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WHICH THE DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NOT ALREADY PAID BY THE SENDER !

After accepting the returned product we will refund you within 25 working days. The amount will be refunded either to your bank account which has to be written in the form brought by the courier who accepts the return, or using any other means to which the parties both have agreed to, like paypal or Bank account.

The product that you would like to return or exchange must be in its original condition in the same way as it was delivered by the Post or courier, must not have been used, be dirty or cleaned with any laundry detergend, as well as not be accompanied by any unpleasant smell.

In case the above conditions are not met Wolf Pride reserve the right to refuse the returned product in which case it will be delivered back to the USER with the delivery charges at his expense.

All exchanges are at your expense!

Delivery charges on return and exchange of a product is always charged to the USER! Any products manufactured by custom measures, provided by the USER can not be returned or exchanged! The above also applies to all LIMITED EDITIONS of any product!
